摘 要:在压井、洗井、酸化作业和钻井过程中,由于地层具有非均质性,处理液优先进入阻力相对较小的高渗透层或大裂缝中,致使油层受到较大伤害。通过对增稠剂、延缓交联系统和破胶系统的研究,确定了HPG延缓交联型屏蔽暂堵剂配方,评价了HPG屏蔽暂堵剂的暂堵和解堵性能。室内研究表明,改性后的羟丙基瓜尔胶粉HPG具有稠化能力强、水不溶物含量低等特点,使用浓度为0.4%~0.6%;在温度为30~60℃下,可实现延迟交联,延迟交联时间可控制;HPG屏蔽暂堵剂对不同岩心的暂堵率均大于96%,解堵率均大于93%;该技术有效地降低了作业入井液的用量,减少了漏失和对地层的伤害,达到了保护油气层的目的。现场应用表明,该技术满足了梁46-支平1井保护油气层的要求,提高了经济效益。In the process of killing, flushing, acidizing and drilling, the treating fluid always enter firstly high permeable and large fracture formations where the drag force is relatively low because of the nonho-mogeneity of formation that causes severe formation damage. Thus, the formulation of suspend cross link temporary shielding plugging agent HPG has been determined and temporary plugging and broking properties of the agent have been evaluated based on the studies on thickness agent, suspend crosslink and gel break systems. Laboratory experiments showed that modified HPG has properties of strong thickness, low water insoluble matter content and 0. 4%-0. 6% of using concentrations, etc. ; suspend cross link temperature of the agent can be controlled within 30-60℃ and heat resistance can reach 130℃ , also suspend cross link time can be adjusted; all temporary plugging rates of HPG on different cores exceed 96% and broking rates exceed 93%; working fluid volume can be reduced effectively, circulation loss and formation damage can be prevented. With the using of HPG in Well Liang 46-Zhiping 1, the reservoir has been protected and economic benefits have been increased.
