摘  要:目的探讨肺癌患者治疗前后SAS及SDS测评中,支持性心理治疗对肺癌患者焦虑抑郁情绪的作用。方法对63例肺癌患者在进行常规放疗的基础上应用支持性心理治疗,并以同期行放化疗的57例肺癌患者作为对照。结果治疗组较对照组患者焦虑、抑郁情绪有明显改善。治疗组心理症状改善,SAS治疗前(46±12)%,治疗1个月(32±11)%,t=6.8261,P<0.01,SDS治疗前(44±11)%,治疗1个月(31±10)%,t=6.9409,P<0.01,治疗组和对照组近期疗效有效率分别为80.9%和56.1%,χ2=9.7274,P<0.05。结论支持性心理治疗联合放化疗能减轻心理反应,提高近期疗效。Aim To evaluate the Self Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS)and Self Rating Depression Scale (SDS)and explore the effect of supporting psychotherapy on the depression and anxiety in patients with lung cancer.Methods 120 patients with lung cancer were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group(63 patients,47 males and 16 females,aged 30- 76 years old,were treated with psychotherapy and chemotherapy combined with radiotherapy), and control group(57 patients, 43 males and 14 females,aged 33- 78 years old,were treated with chemotherapy and radiotherapy only).Results Compared with the control group, the patients of the treatment group made a significant progress in relieving the depression and anxiety.The scores of SAS and SDS were (32± 11)% and (31± 10)% respectively after treatment in the treatment group, significantly lower than that before treatment [(46± 12)% and (44± 11)% respectively,t=6.826 1,P< 0.01;t=6.940 9,P< 0.01].The recent effective rate was 80.9% in the treatment group,significantly higher than that in the control group(56.1% ,χ 2=9.727 4,P< 0.05).Conclusion Supporting psychotherapy combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy relieves the depression and anxiety of patients and increases the recent effect.<P>
