摘　　要：目的　评价自体角膜缘移植术联合丝裂霉素C治疗翼状胬肉的疗效。 方法　常规胬肉切除后 ,局部应用丝裂霉素C ,联合角膜缘移植术治疗翼状胬肉 32例 (4 0眼 )。 结果　随访 6个月～ 2年 ,平均 10个月 ,2眼术后复发。 结论　自体角膜缘干细胞移植 。Objective To evaluate the effect of limal autografts transplantation combined with MMC for the treatment of pterygium.Methods After simple pterygium excision,MMC for the local use combined with Limal autografts transplantation for the treatment of pterygium 32 cases(40 eyes).Results Following up was half to one year,the mean was 10 months,the recurrent is 2 eyes.Conclusion Limal autografts transplantation combined with MMC for the treatment of pterygium is effective methods.
