摘　　要：目的　探讨替牙期骨性反牙合的矫治方法与效果。方法　对 13例替牙期骨性反牙合儿童 ,采用牙列粘接牙合垫联合上颌前方牵引进行矫治 ,进行治疗前后X线头影测量分析。结果　 13例患儿均取得满意的治疗效果。SNA平均增加了 2 .47°± 0 .43° ,ANB平均增加 4.0 1°± 0 .2 7° ,MP -SN平均增加 1.0 6°± 0 .67°。Objective To study The treatment methods and effects of the mixed dentition skeletal crossdite. Method Thirteen patients with skeletal class Ⅲ malocclusion in mixed dentition were treated by bonded biteplates with maxillary protraction. Pretreatment and posttreatment cephalometric analysis were carried out. Result all the thirteen cases achieved satisfying results. SNA, ANB and MP-SN were increased 2.47°±0.43°, 4.01°±0.27° and 1.06°±0.67° respectively.Conclusion Booded biteplate with maxillary protraction is an effective method for correction the mixed dentition skeletal crossbite.
