上颌快速扩弓与直丝弓矫治器联合应用的临床研究

摘　　要：目的　评价上颌快速扩弓和直丝弓矫治器联合应用对牙弓、基骨宽度的影响。方法　对 18例恒牙早期牙列中度拥挤病例以上颌快速扩弓和直丝弓矫治器进行联合治疗 ,通过对矫治前后牙牙合石膏模型的测量比较 ,观察牙弓、基骨宽度的变化。结果　治疗后牙弓、基骨的宽度比治疗前增加 ,统计学分析有显著性差异。结论　上颌快速扩弓和直丝弓矫治器联合应用能使牙弓、基骨宽度快速增加 ,对牙列拥挤病例是一种安全、有效的治疗方法。Objective The purpose of the study was to evaluate the effection of using rapid maxillary expansion accompanied with straight-wire appliance on dental arch and basal bone. Method 18 patients with moderate dental crowding were treated by rapid maxillary expansion and straight-wire appliance, the changes of width of dental arch and basal bone were measured before and after orthodontic treatment.Result The increase of width of dental arch and basal bone has statistically significant difference.Conclusion The use of rapid maxillary expansion accompanied with straight-wire appliance can greatly increase the width of dental arch and basal bone, it has been proved a practical method for arch expansion suitable for patients with dental crowding.
