摘　　要：目的　探讨原发性开角型青光眼与高血压病的关系 .方法　随机选择确诊原发性开角型青光眼 5 0例 ,高血压病 5 0例 ,观察眼压、血压、视乳头C/D比 ,视野 ,归纳总结 .结果　 5 0例原发性开角型青光眼中 ,血压高者 2 5例( 5 0 % ) .5 0例高血压病中 ,眼压高者 38例 ( 76 % ) ,视野损害 4 0例 ( 80 % ) ,光敏度下降 35例 ( 70 % ) ,中心暗点 2 5例( 5 0 % ) ,周边视野缩小 17例 ( 34% ) ,生理盲点扩大 17例 ( 34% ) .Objective To explore the relationship between primary open-angle glaucoma and hypertension. Methods 50cases of primary open-angle glaucoma and 50cases of hypertension were selected randomly for using researches. The ocular pressure, blood pressure, C/D ratio of visual papillae and visual filed were investigated and then these data were researched. Results In the 50cases of primary open-angle glaucoma there were 25 cases of hypertension (50%) and 25 cases of normal blood pressure (50%). In the 50cases of hypertension there were 38 cases of high ocular pressure (76%), 12 cases of normal ocular pressure (23%), 40 cases of visual field injury (80%), 35 cases of visual sensitivity decrease(70%), 25cases of central dark spot(50%), 17 cases of peripheral visual field reduction(34%) and 17 cases of physiological blind spot enlargement(34%). Conclusions Until now there were no sure conclusions between primary open-angle glaucoma and hypertension. But in the literatures and our researches their some relationship can be observed. The further researches would be necessary.
