摘 要:对 0~ 2 0周龄固始鸡快、慢羽纯系生长发育的研究结果表明 :羽速基因对固始鸡早期的生长发育有一定的影响 ,初生重、2周龄、4周龄、8周龄慢羽系鸡体重高于快羽系鸡 ,且初生重和 4周龄体重达显著水平(P <0 .0 5 ) ;羽速基因对固始鸡育成公鸡体重有极显著影响 ,8周龄快羽系公鸡体重极显著小于慢羽系公鸡 (P<0 .0 1 )。但 1 0~ 2 0周龄 ,快羽系公鸡各周龄体重均极显著地大于慢羽系公鸡 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;羽速基因对固始鸡1 8周龄和 2 0周龄的育成母鸡体重有极显著影响 ,快羽系母鸡体重极显著地低于慢羽系母鸡 ,对 8~ 1 6周龄母鸡的体重无显著影响。Studies on the pure lines of fast(FF) and slow(SF) feathering of 0-20 week-old Gushi Chicken,the showed that earlier growth and development of Gushi Chicken was affected by feather growth gene. Bodyweight of new hatching,2, 4, 8 week old SF chickens was higher than that of the FF chickens. There was a significant bodyweight difference in new hatching and 4 week old (P<0.05) chickens between the two lines. The bodyweight of FF cock was significant lower than that of the SF line at 8 week old (P<0.01). However, the bodyweight of FF cock was significant higher than that of the SF line (P<0.01) at age of 10~20 week old. There was no affect on the bodyweight of the 8-16 week old hens, but the bodyweight of FF was significant lower than that of SF hens at 18 and 20 week old.
