摘 要: 对以竹炭颗粒为主要原料、麻毡为增强材料制造竹炭板的可行性进行了试验,探讨了不同水平的施胶量、热压温度和时间等工艺参数对样板部分物理力学性能指标的影响。结果表明:麻毡增强竹炭板的制造工艺是可行的;本试验范围内适宜的制板工艺条件为:热压温度125℃,时间12min,施胶量11%;按此工艺制得竹炭板的MOR为4.6~6.1MPa,MOE为600~1100MPa,TS为0.6%~1.0%,24h吸水率28.7%~33.0%。The feasibility of using flax felt to reinforce bamboo charcoal board is reported in this article. The experiment evaluated the effects of various levels of resin consumption, hot pressing temperature and hot pressing time on the properties of the flax felt reinforced bamboo charcoal board. The results showed that with 11% resin consumption and hot pressed at 125 ℃ for 12 min, the board could had the following properties: modulus of rupture (MOR) from 4.6 ~ 6.1 MPa, modulus of elasticity (MOE) from 600 ~1 100 MPa, 24 hour water absorption (WA) from 28.7% ~ 33.0%, and thickness swelling rate (TS) from 0.6% ~1.0%.
