摘　　要：经济全球化条件下 ,中小企业在经济发展、就业等方面所起的作用越来越大。世界各国政府都采取积极措施以促进中小企业更迅速地发展。加入 WTO为我国中小企业的发展带来新的机遇和挑战 ,我们应借鉴外国经验 ,结合我国实际 ,采取积极措施 。With today's economic globalization,the medium and minor enterprises have played more and more important role in economic development,employment and social coordination.In all over the world,in order to make great achievements,all governments have taken actions.China has been a member of WTO,therefore,it is a chance and challenge to the medium and minor enterprises.As far as we are concerned,it has been the most important task for the medium and minor enterprises in China to catch hold of the chance and use for reference of success and failure experience,combine situation,take active measures and make them develop rapidly and healthily.
