摘　　要：介绍广西高等教育自学考试毕业生管理系统的功能、特点、设计目标和设计思想 阐述了面向对象程序设计、分布信息处理、数据库设计。This paper introduces the functions, characteristics, design aims and thoughts of the management system for self-learning graduates of higher education in Guangxi. Then the paper explains the design plan in the system in which the object oriented programming, the distributive information processing, data bank designing and ODBC are used.
