摘　　要：通过对机床变速系统中双公用齿轮传动特点的分析研究,建立了齿轮齿数设计的计算公式,提出了一种机床变速系统双公用齿轮齿数设计的新方法。该设计方法可在较短时间内找到较多的齿数设计方案,为进行多方案比较和优化设计打下了基础。Through the analysis of twin common gear characteristics in shifting system of machine tools, new calculation formula and determining method of the number of twin common gear teeth are established. A lot of determination schemes of the number of gear teeth can be obtained quickly with this method so that a basis for schemes comparison and optimum design is established.
