摘　　要：伦理关怀在本质上和功能上与大学德育是一致的。高校德育过程中注重伦理关怀既是发展校园文化 ,建设校园文明的需要 ,也是社会主义大学教育伦理本性的再现。校园文化建设须注重伦理关怀是出于社会转型期新型伦理关系重建的需要 ,是出于人的自身完善的需要 ,是出于改变现代化进程中人际关系疏离状况的需要 ,是出于改善大学校园大学生思想道德实际状况的需要。伦理关怀还是高校落实《公民道德建设实施纲要》的重要举措。Ethic consideration, in essence and function, acts in unison with university moral education. Paying attention to ethics in the process fo university moral education accords with the need of construct and develop university culture and embodies the nature of ethic education in socialist universities. Attaching importance to ethics in the construction of university culture is out of the need of reconstructing new types of ethic relation in a social transitional period, the need of perfecting oneself, the need of changing the estranged human relation, and the need of imporving university students' ethic situation. Ethic consideration at the same time is a significant step in practising The Civic Moral consitruction.
