摘　　要：胃癌、食管癌是我国最常见的上消化道恶性肿瘤,筛查是早诊早治的关键,该文复习了近年来国内外几种常用筛查方法的研究进展,包括食管拉网细胞学检查、隐血珠检测、X线检查、内镜下碘染色以及活检病理学检查等,供同行参考。Stomach and esophageal cancers are the common upper gastrointesinal cancers in China.Screening of premalignant and malignant lesions is the key for the early detection and treatment.This article reviewed progress of the screening methods including cytological examination,occult blood bead test,X-ray examination,endoscopy with iodine staining and tissue biopsy.
