摘　　要：针对国内外项目进度管理的不同进行了比较,找出了我国在该领域存在的差距和问题,提出了加强项目管理的几点建议.This text compared the difference of domestic and international project progress management ,find outed the margin and problems of our country in this field,and gare suggestion of enhance the p roject management.
