摘 要:采用钨极氩弧焊(TIG)和CO2激光焊在焊管生产线上对2mm厚日本原产409D(00Cr13Ti)铁素体不锈钢进行焊接,并对焊管进行扩口试验和焊接接头显微组织分析。结果表明:激光焊接铁素体不锈钢管具有接头热影响区窄、晶粒长大程度小、冷加工成形性能好的优点,可以很好地满足汽车排气管生产后续的所有冷加工工艺要求。In this work,the enlarge test,the grain size of laser and TIG weld409D(00Cr13Ti)ferrite stainless steel made in Japan was studied.Through the study we founded that laser weld ferrite stainless steel pipe has many advantages than TIG weld,such as narrow heat-affected zone(HAZ),the degree of the grain size grow up is low and better cool process performance.It could be satisfied with the all later cool process such as,bending,enlarging and wrapping for manufactory cars vent-pipe.
