摘　　要：Objective: To investigate the effectiveness of topical brimonidine 0.2% in prevention the hyperemia induced by topical travoprost 0.004% treatment, and the additive inraocular pressure (IOP) reducing effect of brimonidine when used in combination with travoprost Methods: Nineteen young healthy men included in the study. After a complete ophthalmic examination baseline values of IOP, blood pressure and heart rate were measured.
