田间释放经滞育冷藏的赤眼蜂防治甘蔗螟虫效果初报

摘　　要：甘蔗螟虫是为害甘蔗较普遍而严重的一类害虫,珠江三角洲常见的有黄螟 Eucosmaschistaceana、条螟 Diatraea venosata、二点螟 Chilo infuscatellus、白螟 Scirpophaganivella 和大螟 Sesamia inferens。五十年代初,蒲蛰龙等成功地利用赤眼蜂防治甘蔗螟虫,并选择了蓖麻蚕 Philosamia Cynthia ricina 卵作为大量繁殖的寄主,在广东率先建立赤眼蜂站,大量繁殖赤眼蜂防治甘蔗螟虫,取得了良好的效果。冷藏积累蜂种,是大量繁殖应用中不可缺少的环节。但是,过去冷藏蜂种,有效期较短,最长在2～3个月,时间长了,蜂不能羽化或羽化的蜂生活力弱,影响防治效果。为此,我们通过改进繁育技术,人为诱导赤眼蜂滞育,延长其有效贮存时间。The sugarcane borers are widespread insect pests of seriously damaging the sugarcane.Eucosma schistaceana Snellen,Diatraea venosata Walker are the most important to the sugarcane in Gungdong province of China.Trichogramma is the egg parasite,widely mass-reared and released for controling sugarcane borers in China.Long-term cold-storage is a very important procedure in mass-production of this egg parasite.Only diapausing Trichogramma can be long-term stored under low temperature without losing good quality.We have studied on the techniques of inducing diapause of Trichogramma.In order to examine the effectiveness of dia- pause Trichogramma after long-term cold storage to control sugarcane borers in the field,we conducted field test in June of 1992 in area of 50 mu.The parasitism of D.venosata eggs was 52.38% where the diapaused and cold-stored T.dendrolimi and T.confusum were released when it was 41.18% in the control.In the field where the diapaused T.ostriniae,cold-stored for 1～2,5～6,3～4 months,was released, the parasitism of sugarcane borer eggs was 75%,66.67%(E.schistaceana)and 66.67% (D.v(?)nosa(?)a)respectively.Our test showed that diapaused Trichogramma spp.cold- stored for about 6 mouths were still effective to control sugarcane borers.
