^(131)I治疗前后甲亢患者外周血淋巴细胞CAR、MNR、FS及血清Tg含量变化的研究

摘　　要：目的 :研究甲亢患者13 1I治疗前后外周血淋巴细胞染色体畸变率 (CAR)、微核率 (MNR)、脆性表达率 (FS)的变化及其血清甲状腺球蛋白含量与FS的关系。方法 :本文对 10 0名甲亢患者在13 1I治疗前 1周 ,治疗后 7天、3个月、6个月分别进行外周血淋巴细胞培养 (Tc199) ,观察CAR(CNAR、CSAR)、MNR、FS的变化 ;同时应用RIA法测定血清Tg含量。 结果 :13 1I治疗后 7天 ,CNAR、CSAR、MNR及FS明显增高 (P <0 .0 0 5～ 0 .0 5 ) ,其后逐渐下降 ,CNAR在13 1I治疗后 3个月、CSAR和FS在13 1I治疗后 6个月降至治疗前水平 (P >0 .0 5 )。血清Tg水平在治疗后 7天明显升高 (P <0 .0 1) ;治疗后 3个月降至治疗前水平 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :13 1I治疗甲亢患者可诱发人体细胞遗传物质即染色体一定程度的损伤 ,但这种损伤是暂时的、可恢复的。血清Tg含量的变化与Fra8q2 2表达频率可能存在一定的关系。Objective:To study the changes of chromosome aberration rate (CAR)、micronucleus rates(MNR) and expression frequencies of fragile sites(FS) in peripheral blood lymphocytes of patients with Graves′ disease before and after treating with 131 I,analy relationship between serum level of Tg and expression frequencies of Fra8q22.Methods:100 cases with Graves′ disease are studied by observing peripheral blood lymphocytes cluture(Tc199) on the seventh day before taking 131 I,on the seventh day、the third month and the sixth month after taking 131 I respectively.Serum Tg was measured with radio-immunologicmethod.Results:CAR、MNR and FS on the seventh day after taking 131 I were remarkably higher than those on the seventh day before taking 131 I ( P <0.005～0.05);in the third month after taking 131 I,CNAR restored to the level of the seventh day before taking 131 I( P >0.05);in the sixth month after taking 131 I,CSAR and FS restored to those on the seventh day before taking 131 I( P >0.05).Serum Tg of the seventh day after taking 131 I was remarkably higher than that of the seventh day before taking 131 I ( P <0.01);in the third month after taking 131 I,Tg was restored to level of the seventh day before taking 131 I( P >0.05).Conclusions:Treatment of 131 I gives rise to some harm to chromosome of Graves′ disease patients,but the harm can be restored.Serum Tg is related to the frequency of Fra8q22.
