摘  要:功率消耗是气液搅拌操作的基本参数之一。对6种不同组合的三层搅拌桨的功率特性进行了实验研究,结果表明,在不通气时,三层六直叶圆盘涡轮桨的功率准数最大,二层轴流式和一层径向流组合桨叶的功率准数最小。在通气条件下,三层六直叶圆盘涡轮桨的功率下降最大达到60%,而二层混合流式和一层径向流组合桨叶的功率下降最小约为40%。?The power consumption is one of the basic parameter of gasliquid stirred tank operationThe power characteristic of six threelay impellers with different combinations have been studiedThe result indicates that the maximum power number is achieved by the threelay disc impeller with six straight leaf while the minimum power number obtained by the combination of two axial flow impeller and one radial flow impellerIt also shows that in the aerated condition, the power of threelay disc impeller with six straight leaf has the largest decrease which is about 60% while the least reduction of 40% is observed for the combination of two compound flow impeller and one radial flow impeller 
