摘　　要：目的　探讨确切logistic回归分析方法及其在医学遗传学领域的应用。 方法　利用确切logistic回归方法对医学遗传学实例进行分析。结果　确切logistic回归适用于解决样本量小、数据分布偏和不平衡的数据 ,并具有最大似然法logistic回归不可比拟的稳定性。结论　确切logistic回归方法在医学遗传学领域具有良好的适用性。Objective To study the method of exact logistic regression and the its application in medical genetics.Methods To analyse some samples of medical genetics with exact logistic regression method.Results Exact logistic regression fits data which are small,bias or unbalanced .it is exact and reliable.Conclusion The exact logistic regression method has good applicability in the area of medical genetics.
