摘　　要：在词史上,晏殊与欧阳修齐名,他们的词代表着宋初个词创作的最高成就,影响遍及北宋一代词家。他们的词风有许多相似之处,但又显示了各自的个性特征,无论取材还是表现手法,都有些微差异。从总体上说,晏词多写一己的流连光景、感伤时序,以辞采秀丽见长;欧词多写男女的离愁别恨、思恋怀想,以情致深婉取胜。Yan Shu and Ouyang Xiu were in same position in the history of Ci poetry. Their works represented the highest achievement and Ling in the the Early Song Dynasty and had influnce on almost all the writers in the Song Dynasty. There were great resemblances and little difference between the style of their Ci poetry.
