摘 要:选择云锡矿尘中两类与致突变及致癌有关的无机化学混合物(代号为CM_1及CM_2)进行Ames试验及金仓鼠诱癌实验。结果:CM_1及CM_2Ames试验阳性;CM_1及CM_2诱癌实验阳性。两类混合尘的肺癌及癌前病变发生率分别为41、1%及22.2%。对照组无肿瘤发生。上述结果表明,CM_1及CM_2对金仓鼠有致癌作用。光镜下增生的细胞,电镜显示为Ⅱ型肺泡上皮细胞及clara细胞,此两型细胞可能为肺内增生、癌前及肺癌病变的发源细胞。Two kinds of inorganic chemical mixture relating to mutogenesis and tumorgenesis (CM, and CM_2) were chosen for Ames fest and Lung cancer-inducing experiments on hamsters. The results are as follows: 1. Ames fest of CM, and CM_2 is positive. 2. The lung cancer—inducing experiments of both CM, and CM_2 are successful. The incidence of lung cancer and precancerous lesions of these two mixtures is 41.1% and 22.2% separately. No tumor was found in the control group. These results show that both CM, and CM, are related to the lung cancer formation on hamsters. 3. Electron microscopically, those cells showing hyperplasia under a light microscope correspond to type Ⅱ alveolar cells and clara cells. It's possible that these two kind of cells were the source of hyperplasia and precancerous and cancerous changes in the lungs.
