腮腺肿瘤患者血清、全唾液和腮腺液中癌胚抗原的放免法测定及其临床意义研究

摘　　要：本研究采用放射免疫分析法(RIA)对30例健康人,9例腮腺非肿瘤患者,13例腮腺良性肿瘤患者和16例腮腺恶性肿瘤患者血清、全唾液和腮腺液中癌胚抗原(CEA)进行了联检,并结合临床表现及病理诊断等进行综合分析。结果为:健康人血清CEA含量<9.45ng/ml.全唾液CEA含量<43.23ng/ml,腮腺液CEA含量<5.91ng/ml;腮腺良性肿瘤或非肿瘤患者血清、全唾液和患侧腮腺液中CEA含量升高,而健侧腮腺液中CEA含量不升高;如果全唾液、健侧腮腺液和患侧腮腺液中CEA含量升高,而血清中CEA含量不升高,则腮腺恶性肿瘤的可能性大;在考虑为恶性肿瘤的情况下,如5.91ng/ml<健侧腮腺液CEA含量<33.83ng/ml,5.91ng/ml<患侧腮腺液CEA含量<56.94ng/ml提示该肿瘤的分化程度较低。本方法简单,标本用量少,可重复采集,无痛、无损伤、病人易接受,值得推广应用。CEA concentration in human serum, whole salive and parotid salive were determined by using radioimmunty analysis on the people who have been assayed and analysed.30 of them were normal, 9 had parotid disease but no tumor, 13 with benign parotid tumors and 16 with malignant parotid tumors.The integratve analysis were made by combining clinical features with pathological diagnoses.The results show that, in normal persons, CEA concentration in serum is<9.45ng/ml, in whole saliva it is<43.23ng/ml and in parotid saliva it is<5.9lng/ml.The results of the study also show that the method is signifcant for preoperative justifing benign or malignant parotid tumors and be useful for assisting in diagnosis for parotid tumors.The method is simple, in need of one ml of serum or saliva one can get serum or saliva repeatedly.There is no pain (saliva) and no trauam, conforming to the principle of tumor surgery.The patients can easly accept it.The method is worth using widely.
