形态计量学在膀胱癌病理诊断分级中的应用

摘　　要：本文利用自动化图象分析仪对膀胱癌组织切片进行了14项参数的定量分析,以探讨膀胱癌的病理精确诊断和分级定量标准,结果表明核面积、核周长、核园度、核直径、核/细胞面积比和体积比6项指标对膀胱癌分级较有意义,其中除核圆度外,其它5项可作为膀胱癌分级的形态特征参数。Using the automatic image analyser,we have determined 14 parameters of the paraffin-embeded bladder carcinoma tissue in order to explore the pathological precise diagnosis and the standard of pathological grade of bladder carcinoma.The results revealed that 6 parameters (NA,NP,NR,ND,A-N/C,V-N/C) could be the targets of quantitative morphometry.This study provided certain parameters of quantitative morphometry for grading bladder carcinoma.
