西洋参根的增重及其总皂苷、氨基酸含量变化规律的研究

摘  要:生长期为4年的西洋参,以第4年根的重量增长最大,其增长量约为前3年生长量之和。单株叶面积以第3年增长最大,比2年生的增加366.82cm^2。根冠比每年平均以1的幅度增长。单株和根重量的增长在各年间均呈直线上升,单株根干重日增长量在各年中均出现2次高峰,以前一峰值为高。4年生根第一高峰期在7月上旬,平均日增长0.15g.西洋参总皂苷含量以侧根和须根为最高,叶子居第2位,茎中含量最低。根中总皂苷在1年中的变化是由低逐步增高,各年间随着参龄的增长而增加,根中氨基酸含量的变化与总皂苷含量的变化相近似,一年中氨基酸含量的变化较大,各年间均有增长,但差别不显著。The work was carried out in Lai yang aera from 1987 to 1990. The results showed that the amount of dry root weight increase of American ginseng in the fourth year(commercially the growing period of American ginseng is 4 gears) was nearly equal to the amount of early 3 year's total dry root weight increase. The leaf aera in the third growing year was the biggest, more about by 366.82cm^2per plant than the second year's. The root-top ratio increased with the divelopment of growing period by the rate of one yearly. It also showed that there were two peaks of dry root weight increase per plant each year, but the first one much higher. The first peak of dry root weight increase in the fourth year's roots appeared in the early period of July, in which the increase rate of dry root weight was 0.15 gram per root daily. The content of total saponarin in lateral and fibrous roots was the highest, the second in leaves and the third in stems. The content of total saponarin in root increased gradually with the growth of root, but in the late growth period of the year decreased a little. The changement of amino acid content in root was similar to that of total saponarin content in root.
