摘　　要：槲皮素对小鼠白血病 L_(7712)细胞 DNA 的半抑制剂量为23.1μg/mL,抑制的原因为 DNA复制模板遭到了损伤.The 50% inhibition dose of quercetin on the inco poration of〔~3H〕TdRinto DNA in leukaemia L7712 cells of mice was 23,1μg/ml.The inhibitionof DNA synthesis rate decreased continuously even after quereetin waswashed out.The mechanism of inhibition was likely due to the damageof DNA template.
