摘  要:本文对甘肃的主要粮种春小麦和玉米在仓储过程中的真菌区系进行了初步研究.结果表明,储藏初期的新收春小麦是以田间真菌为主,优势种为细交链孢霉(Alternaria tenuis),占真菌总数的80.9%.储藏一年以后的春小麦是以储藏真菌为主,优势种为青霉(Penicillium)、占真菌总数的49.7%,常见种有 P.chrysogenum,P.citrinum,P.Janthinellum 等.储藏玉米样品中的常见真菌主要有镰刀菌(Fusarium),青霉菌和曲霉菌(Asprgillus),其中以镰刀菌的数量最高,它的优势种为 F.graminerum.This paper is an investigation of mycoflora in stored spring wheat andcorn grains of Gansu Province.Samples from freshly harvested springwheat grains showed that the type of mycoflora was chiofly composed offield fungi,such as Alternaria,Cladosporium,Helminthosporium,etc.The predominant species is Alternaria tenuis,which occupies 80.9% oftotal count of fungi.When the samples had been stored for one year ormore,however,the storage fungi became dominant in mycoflra of thegrains,and the total number of other kinds of fungi was sharply declined.The predominant kind is Penicillium,such as P.chrysogenum,P.citrinum,etc.The investigation showed that the predominant kind of fungi isolatedfrom stored corn grains is Fusarium,as F.graminerum.
