人骨髓基质细胞上清液对原代白血病细胞的杀伤作用及CFU-F生成的影响

摘  要:观察了人胎骨髓基质细胞上清液对6例白血病患者骨髓原代白血病细胞存活程度及CFU-F形成的影响。结果表明。骨髓基质细胞上清液对原代白血病细胞具有杀伤作用(p<0.002—0.001)。同时发现基质细胞上清液还能促进CFU-F的形成(p<0.01-0.001)。本文还对上述变化的可能机制进行了讨论。Bone marrow primitive leukemic cells from 6 patients withacute leukemia were treated with fetal bone marrow stromal cells supernatant for a week ,and than, to detect living cells in liquid culture and CFU-F. The living cells in liquid culture significantly reduced (P<0.002-0.001) and CFU-F of 5/6 patients were significantly induced (P<0.01-0.001) as compared with the control. There was close negative correlation between the living cells and the concentration of bone marrow stromal cells supernatant (r =-0.71,P<0.01). The results showed that the fetal bone marrow stromal cells supernatant could kill primitive leukemic cells and promote CFU-F growth.
