摘  要:目的 :探讨肝硬化大鼠血浆内毒素、一氧化氮含量的动态变化及相互关系。方法 :对肝硬化大鼠不同时期的血浆内毒素、一氧化氮含量进行检测。结果 :随着肝脏病变的发展 ,大鼠血浆内毒素、一氧化氮含量呈上升趋势且明显高于正常对照组 (P<0 .0 1) ,血浆内毒素水平与 NO含量呈显著正相关 (r=0 .6 2 3,P<0 .0 1)。结论 :肝硬化大鼠血浆内毒素、NO水平反映了肝硬化的严重程度 ,高动力循环在肝硬化的形成过程中也随之发生。Objective:To investigate the dynamic changes of plasma endotoxin and nitric oxide and their correlation in experimental cirrhotic rats.Methods:Plasma levels of endotoxin and nitric oxide were tested in different stages of experimental cirrhotic rats.Results:Plasma levels of endotoxin and nitric oxide in cirrhotic rats were significantly higher than normal controls(P<0.01)and were proportional to the various degrees of liver damage.In addition,lineal correlation analysis showed a significantly positive correlation between plasma endotoxin and nitric oxide(r=0.623,P<0.01). Conclusion:The plasma levels of endotoxin and nitric oxide can reflect the severity of cirrhosis,and hyperdynamic circulation may occur with the development of experimental cirrhosis.
