筛窦切除术治疗视神经炎的效果观察

摘　　要：目的 评价鼻内窥镜下筛窦切除术治疗视神经炎的效果。方法 对6例视神经炎行鼻内窥镜下筛窦切除术。结果 术后观察6月统计:视力均有恢复,眼底组织明显好转。显效3例,有效3例。鼻塞、眼胀、头痛症状缓解。结论 对合并有筛窦炎的视神经炎患者,在保守治疗无效或治疗后有反复时,及时行鼻内窥镜下筛窦切除术,则可提高治疗效果,而且手术安全可靠。Objective To evaluate the effect of ethmoidectomy for the treatment of optic neuritis under nasal endoscope. Methods 6 cases of optic neuritis were treated by ethmoidectomy under nasal endoscope. Results 6 months after surgery, there were apparent effect in 3 patients and effective result in the others. It showed increased vision and enlarged visual field, and the symptoms such as snuffle, eye distension, and headache were remitted. Conclusion For patients who suffer optic neuritis and nasosinusitis, if conservative treatmnet was invalid or with relapse history, ethmoidectomy can improve the therapeutic results and the surgery is safety and reliable.
