摘　　要：目的 :评价骶骨肿瘤进行术前局部动脉内灌注化疗栓塞的价值。方法 :2 9例骶骨肿瘤患者行术前化疗栓塞 ,观察其临床改善情况与病理结果。结果 :血管造影可清楚显示肿瘤的大小及血供特点 ,术中出血大大减少 ,治疗后大部分患者临床症状改善 ,手术及病理证实 :肿瘤均有不同程度的坏死、液化和囊性变 ,假包膜形成。结论 :骶骨肿瘤术前化疗栓塞的效果明显 ,其作用在于 :使肿瘤坏死缩小 ,分界变清 ,减少肿瘤血供 ,有利于完整切除 ,提高手术成功率。术前化疗栓塞是骶骨肿瘤术前有效的辅助性治疗手段。Objective:To assess the value of transarterial infusion chemotherapy and embolization in the treatment of sacral tumors.Methods:29 cases of sacral tumors were treated with interventional therapy. The clinical improvement and pathological findings were observed.Results:Angiography could show the sizes and blood supply characters of tumors. Tremendous reduction of blood loss at surgery and marked improvement of the clinical symptoms in most patients were noticed. The tumors were resected and sent for pathological examination. All the tumors underwent necrosis, liquefaction or cystic formation to variable extent.Conclusion:The results of preoperative chemoembolization showed to be effective. It could make tumors necrosis and shrink, cause the edge clear, decrease blood supply to tumors for benefit to remove the tumors thoroughly and improve successful rate of the operation. Preoperative chemoembolization is a effective, helping and preoperative procedure for sacral tumors.
