应用化疗泵持续滴注5-Fu联合CF和HCPT治疗消化系肿瘤的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察应用化疗泵持续滴注 5 Fu联合CF HCPT治疗消化系肿瘤的疗效和安全性。方法 :治疗组 5 0例消化道肿瘤应用化疗泵持续滴注 5 Fu联合CF HCPT与对照组 47例消化道肿瘤常规点滴 5 Fu联合CF及其它化疗药物进行对比观察。结果 :治疗组应用化疗泵持续滴注 5 Fu联合CF HCPT治疗消化道肿瘤的总有效率为 46 %,而对照组为 34 0 4%。结论 :应用化疗泵持续滴注 5 Fu联合CF HCPT治疗消化道肿瘤的有效率高 ,毒性反应小 ,化疗泵体积小 ,重量轻 ,携带方便 ,值得临床进一步推广。Objective:To investigate the safety of chemotherapy pump infusion treatment combined 5-Fu with CF-HCPT for digest system carcinoma.Methods:Ninety-seven patients with digest system carcinoma were admitted. Fifty of the patients were given the chemotherapy pump infusion treatment combind 5-Fu with CF-HCPT. The other forty-seven patients, as control, received routine method 5-Fu with CF and other anti-tumor medicines by intravenous, and not shorter than four hours.Results:The response rate in patients treated with chemotherapy pump infusion treatment combind 5-Fu with CF-HCPT for digest system carcinoma was 46%, and the control group was 34.04%.Conclusion:The method of chemotherapy pump infusion treatment combind 5-Fu with CF-HCPT for digest system carcinoma has higher therapetic effect and lower toxicity. The chemotherapy pump is an effective instrument. It is smaller in volume, lightly in weight and easy to bring.
