摘 要:随着市场对产品研发周期要求越来越短,性能要求越来越高,CAE性能仿真技术也获得了越来越广泛的应用,然而关于应用中的置信度问题的争论并没有停止。针对这一事实,文章在扼要地概括了CAE性能仿真坚实的理论基础之后,着重地指出了应用中的置信度关键在于计算模型的质量。关于提高模型质量,文章给出了具体建议,并用三个典型的应用实例证明了仿真的质量对提高CAE性能仿真的置信度至关重要。CAE technology has been widely used in most industries as the expected Time to market is becoming shorter and shorter and the expected quality is becoming higher and higher. However, the trustworthiness in CAE applications is still disputed. In the paper, we summarize the CAE theory basis, and emphasize that the key to get believable CAE results lies in computer model, and give some suggestions for improvement of the computer model quality based on our study work. Three typical engineering examples have proven further that the computer model quality is very important for the improvement of trustworthiness in CAE applications.
