摘　　要：节约法是目前常用的一种制定配送路线的方法 ,其思路简单、清晰 ,便于执行 ,而且很有效 ,但在考虑对时间反应性与客户灵活性时 ,也体现出其缺点 .本文介绍了节约法的运用 ,分析了节约法的缺点 。The saving matrix method is frequently used to determine the routine on distribution center. It is simple to implement, easy to plan and operate, and is also effective. But it is not perfect when considering the reaction to time and flexibility. The application of the saving matrix method is introduced, and its shortcomings are analyzed. At last, some suggestions are provided.
