柔性模块化课程体系设置——浙江万里学院工商管理类专业课程体系改革的理论与实践

摘　　要：基于“以生为本、以师立校、面向市场、国际接轨”办学理念,针对新时期市场对工商管理类人才的需求的多样性、变动性、复合性特点以及国内高校工商管理类专业课程体系普遍存在的问题,提出柔性模块化的课程体系设置改革思路,这一课程体系的基本特征是柔性化,能够满足多样化的市场需求,并对市场需求的动态变化有快速响应能力,同时利于因材施教,满足学生个性化的发展要求。At the dawn of new century, the market requirements for business administration talent are undergoing great changes characterized by diversification、dynamic and complexity . In this paper, we put forward a flexible courses blocks system on full analysis of problems of present business administration curriculum faced by Wanli and other universities. The basic feature of our new curriculum system is flexibility. The new flexible system not only meet diversified needs of the labor market and respond quickly to the dynamic changes of the market, but also meet needs of students in accordance with their interest and abilities.
