20例(24眼)晶体溶解性青光眼临床观察

摘　　要：目的 :探讨晶体溶解性青光眼病因及治疗手段。方法 :对所诊治20例(24眼)晶体溶解性青光眼的临床表现、诊断及鉴别诊断、治疗及预后进行了分析、讨论。结果 :20例(24眼)中有21眼经过适时恰当的治疗 ,取得了满意的效果 ,3例(3眼)因延误诊治而视力无提高。结论Objective:To explore the causes and treatment of glaucoma of lens solubinity.Methods:Analysis the causes,clinical symptoms,diagnosis,treatment and prognossis of glaucoma of lens solubinity on 20 cases(24 eyse).Results:Of 20 cases(24 eyes),21 eyes were satisfacation underwent the treatment in time.3 cases(3 eyes)weren't improved in eyesignt with delay treatment.Conclusions:It is the fundamental treat ment of glaucoma of lens soluinity to excise whole lens.
