SOS显色法中的假阳性及代谢活化系统S_9混合物的研究

摘  要:对十种无机化合物的诱变性进行了SOS显色测试,其中一种非致癌物SnCl_2·2H_2O呈阳性反应,两种非致癌物FeCl_3·6H_2O和AlCl_3易给出假阳性结果;而一种致癌物3CdSO_4·8H_2O却呈阴性反应。活化系统S_9混合物能降低SnCl_2·2H_2O和K_2Cr_2O_7的诱变性。所以对SOS显色法的测定结果应持谨慎态度。The mutation potential of ten inorganic compounds were contrasted experimentally with SOS chromotest. Among them, SnCl_2·2H_2O a non-carcinogen gave a positive test, FeCl_3·6H_2O and AlCl_3 two non-carcinogens were liable to give false positive results, yet a carcinogen 3CDSO_48H_2O and a suspected carcinogen HgCl_2 were negative. Metabolic activation of system S_9 mix was able to decrease the mutation potential of some compounds tested. Therefore, it is necessary to be cautious in interpreting the results of SOS chromotest.
