摘　　要：网上课件是网上教育的主要物质基础，它能充分表达教学信息应有的结构性、语义性特点。该文采用E/R模型对教学活动进行了静态建模，以此为理论依据，构造了网上课件SCO模型，描述了网上课件SCO模型的XML绑定规范CwML，并介绍了CwML的应用现状。Online courseware is the main physical basis of tele-education, it should well express the structure and semantic characteristics of education information. In this paper, the static model of education activities is established by using entity-relationship (E/R) model, with it as theoretical basis, SCO model of online courseware is constructed, and CwML, the XML binding standard of SCO model, is described, and the applied status of CwML is introduced.
