摘  要:目的了解6个皮肤生物物理参数在皮肤受到物理性刺激后变化情况。方法用3M胶带粘贴面部2次,臂部10次,在粘贴前及粘贴至2、5、10次时进行经表皮失水率(transepidermalwaterloss,TEWL)、皮肤电容量(capicitance,CAP)、红斑指数(erythema-index,EX)、黑素指数(melanin-index,MX)、L、a的检测。结果发现面部粘贴后TEWL、CAP、EX、L、a均增高,而MX降低;臂部随粘贴次数的增加,TEWL、CAP及L增高,MX降低,EX及a先减小,后增大。粘贴至2、5、10次时各检测值及基础值间两两比较,TEWL差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论提示6个皮肤生物物理参数可以反映皮肤受到物理性刺激后的变化,以TEWL较为敏感。Objective To understand the changing of6noninvasive biophysical parameters of skin after physical ir-ritant,such as tape-stripping.Methods Face was stripped for2times and flexure of forearm was stripped for10times.Transepidermal water loss(TEWL ),capicitance(CAP),erythema-index(EX),melanin-index(MX),Land awere measured before stripping and at2,5,10times of stripping.Results TEWL,CAP,EX,Land aincreased and MX de-creased after stripping on face.On forearm,tendency of increase in TEWL and CAP,that of decrease in MX,first increase then decrease in EX and a,were observed according to the times of stripping.Compared baseline and parameters of stripping2,5and10times with each other,TEWL is different significantly only(P<0.05).Conclusion The6noninva-sive biophysical parameters adapt to assess intensity of changing of skin after physical irritant.Among them TEWL is the most sensitive one.
