摘　　要：通过对139例直肠癌术后急性假性肠梗阻患者行中西医结合治疗的护理,提出加强心理护理,及时配合物理治疗、中药注胃和保留灌肠,正确使用腹带保护腹部切口,预防切口裂开,对保证治疗的成功率有着重要的意义。Through nursing139cases of postoperativ e acute intestinal pseudo-obstruction with rectal cancer by combing TCM with west ern medicine,we suggest that enhancement of psychological nursing,timely physiot herapy,retention enema and gastric perfusion with traditional Chinese herbal med icine,proper use of abdominal bandage to protect the incision from cleaving are of great importance to guarantee the success rate of the treatment.
