摘　　要：对127例血管迷走性晕厥患者进行健康教育,内容包括心理健康教育,寻找病因,消除易患因素,预见性自我护理,晕厥时的院外处理等,通过1～6年的电话随访,仅有2例患者复发,取得满意效果。The authors performed health education for patients w ith vasovagal syncope,the methods including psychological health education,explo ration of pathogenesis,elimination of factors causing diseases,prospective self-care and out-hospital treatment at syncope.Through1-6year fellow-up by telephone ,2cases were found to have recurrence,which showed the effect is satisfactory.
