摘　　要：首先介绍了提升方法的基本原理和提升方法实现的 3个步骤 ;再结合面向对象程序设计技术的思想编制一个基于提升方法的应用软件 ;最后利用该软件实现对DEM数据多尺度表达的试验处理。结果表明 ,该软件在应用中具有很好的效果。In the paper, the principle and the three steps of the lifting scheme are introduced first; with the thought of OOP, an application software is designed based on the lifting scheme secondly; at last the software is used to present the DEM data with multi-scale in the experiment. The results show the application software achieves good effect.
