摘　　要：服务政策、服务机构、服务工作程式和服务信息系统是中小企业技术创新服务体系的构成要素 ,联系廊坊企业实际情况研究了服务体系的要素和作用。The article discusses the element and effect of middle and small enterprises'technology innovation service system. The conclusion of the study is that middle and small enterprises'technology innovation service system is made up of service policy? service agency ?service work way and service information system . Relatting with the fact of Lang Fang enterprises, we have studied the element and effect of service system.
