摘　　要：目的　研究平消胶囊对人肺癌瘤体的作用。方法　移植人肺癌瘤块于小鼠肾包膜下 ,观察药物对肿瘤生长的影响。结果　平消胶囊在 0 1、0 3g/kg剂量 ,连用 7天对SRC人肺癌小鼠体重无明显影响 ,提示该药对SRC小鼠无明显性毒性 ,可明显抑制小鼠肾包膜下移植的人肺癌瘤体的生长。Objective To observe the effect of Canelim capsule on gross of human tumor.Methods The tumor of lung cancer patient was translated into subrenal casul of mouse,then the effects of Canelim capsule on gross of translated tumor in rat subrenal casul were observed.Results It was found that Canelim capsule(0 1?0 3g/kg.d-1)in 7 days could inhibit the gross of the translated tumor in mouse subrenal casul,but could not influence body weight of the mouse.Conclusion Canelim capsule has satisfactory anticancer effects for human lung cancer.
