摘　　要：目的　观察蒿甲醚对小鼠体内日本血吸虫抗氧化功能的影响。　方法　小鼠感染血吸虫尾蚴 4～ 5周后 ,1次灌服蒿甲醚 3 0 0mg/kg ,并于治疗 2 4h后剖杀 ,收集血吸虫合抱虫 ,测定其超氧化物岐化酶 (SOD)、谷胱甘肽S -转移酶 (GST)和谷胱甘肽还原酶 (GR)活力以及总抗氧化能力 (T -AOC)、还原型谷胱甘肽 (GSH)、维生素C(VitC)、维生素E(VitE)和巯基 (thiol)水平。　结果　体内经蒿甲醚作用 2 4h后 ,虫体的SOD活力及T -AOC、thiol、VitC水平显著下降 ,而GSH水平及GR活力则显著升高。　结论　蒿甲醚干扰血吸虫的抗氧化功能 ,使其易受氧自由基的攻击。Objective To study the in vivo effect of artemether on antioxidation in adult S japonicum Methods Mice infected with schistosome cercariae for 4-5 weeks were treated ig with artemether 300mg/kg and killed 24h after treatment for collection of the paired worms in which the specific activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD),glutathione reductase (GR) and glutathione S-transferase (GST) as well as the levels of total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC),reduced glutathione (GSH),thiol,vitamin C (VitC) and vitamin E (VitE) were determined Results After the paired worms were exposed in vivo to artemether for 24h,the activities of SOD as well as the levels of T-AOC,thiol and VitC decreased obviously,but the activities of GR and the levels of GSH increased conversely Conclusion Artemether could disturb the antioxidation in adult schistosomes as a result sensitizing them to oxygen free radicals
