桐城市区中小学生常见病的调查分析

摘　　要：目的　为更好地预防和治疗桐城市中小学生常见病。方法　通过整群抽样对桐城市 32 99名中小学生进行健康检查和常见病的监测。结果　沙眼、营养不良、龋齿和近视眼是影响中小学生身体健康的主要疾病。入学年数与龋齿、营养不良患病率呈负相关 ,与近视眼患病率呈正相关。结论　沙眼、营养不良、龋齿和近视眼仍是影响桐城市中小学生身体健康的主要疾病 。Objective To prevent and treat the common disease in students in Tongcheng middle and elementary schools. Methods 3299 students in Tongcheng middle and elementary schools were sampled by cluster sampling and some common diseases were investigated. Results Trachoma, malnutrition, tooth caries and short sight were still the main diseases of the students in Tongcheng middle and elementary schools. The period the students spent in the schools had a negative correlation with the prevalence rate of tooth caries and malnutrition, but had a positive correlation with the prevalence rate of short sight. Conclusions Trachoma, malnutrition, tooth caries and short sight were still the main diseases that did harm to the student s health in Tongcheng middle and elementary schools and more work should be done to improve the student s knowledge of the prevention of the common diseases.
