摘　　要：电力企业要根据自身特点,制定符合企业实际的发展战略;大胆引进人才,提高员工综合素质;加强企业内部管理,向管理要效益;深入研究电力市场规律,寻求科学的竞价策略。Power plant should establish strategies which are suitable for the development of the enterprise according to the characteristics. They should introduce talent people, improve the general quality of staffs, enhance the internal management of the enterprise, obtain profits from the management, deeply study the regulations of the electric power market, and seek for scientific price strategies.
