摘 要: 20世纪80年代以来,由于新技术革命引起的社会产业结构、劳动性质、职业分布、人们的价值观念等变革,促进了企业管理思想、理论和实践的发展。为增强对复杂多变的外部环境的适应能力,国内外企业都不同程度地加强了自身的柔性锻炼,从而使企业管理呈现出柔性化的趋势。实行人本管理是这一趋势的核心特征,愈来愈注重企业形象的树立,组织机构的现代化和弹性权变,营销观念的现代化与营销战略和策略的弹性权变,是这一趋势的主要特征。Since 1980s,changes in social industrial structure, work nature, job distribution and people's values caused by new technological revolution,have promoted the development of theory and practice of business administration. In order to enhance the ability to adapt themselves to complicated and changeable external environment conditions,enterprises at home and abroad have strengthened their own flexibility in various degrees,thus making business administration show flexibility tendency,whose key characteristic is regarding people as the center in management,namely,more and more enterprises began to pay attention to enterprise image,to the modernization and elastic adaptability of organizations,to the modernization of marketing concept and the elastic adaptability of marketing strategies and tacties, which in turn promotes the practice of flexibility administration.
