摘 要:从表达载体、宿主细胞、表达系统的类型及选择等四个方面对哺乳动物细胞系统进行了综述。对相关的研究进展,如高效启动子的发现和改构、新型细胞株的建立及诱导表达调控系统亦作了简要介绍。通过这些阐述,期望能建立一个简洁而清晰的有关该表达系统的框架,对在实验中决定选取何种载体、细胞株或何种表达方式时能够有所提示。Mammalian cell expression system has been essential to the production of recombinant proteins as well as tools in research on protein structure and function.We here make a mini review on this expression system from four aspects,including expression vector,cell host,type and choice of expression system.Some related progresses are al-so discussed here,such as induced expression system,newly developed strong promoters and engineered cell lines for high protein production.By this elucidation,we hope to be able to make a simple and clear profile on the ex-pression system,which maybe helpful in deciding to select which type of promoter,vector,cell host and expression mode for a gene expression experiment.
