摘　　要：目的　研究鼻咽癌患者外周血淋巴细胞HPRT基因突变率及其影响因素。方法　应用多核细胞法检测外周血淋巴细胞HPRT基因突变率。结果　鼻咽癌患者HPRT基因突变率高于健康成人 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,吸烟和性别可影响鼻咽癌患者HPRT基因突变率 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而年龄的影响不明显 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论　遗传损伤在鼻咽癌发病中具有重要意义 ,不同肿瘤患者应有不同的HPRT基因突变率本底值。Objective To study the HPRT gene loci mutation frequencies and the factor of influence in peripheral blood lymphocytes in nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) patients. Methods HPRT gene mutation frequency (Mf) was examined by the technique of multinuclear cell assay. Results HPRT gene Mf in NPC patients was significantly higher as compared with the health controls ( P < 0.05 ).Smoking and sex had effect on Mf ( P <0.05), but age had not ( P >0.05). Conclusion Genic injure is important to the episode of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.The patients with different cancer should have different base data of HPRT gene Mf.
